There are other sources, but the pricing is pretty much the same. The difference is the service, which has been stellar since the days before Joe when T.J. was in charge in the late 1990s.
A few things that will keep me going back to IOS unless they give me a real reason not to:
1 - If something shows up damaged, I get a call tag and another part shipped immediately.
2 - In one case I needed lug nuts for aftermarket OZ wheels that I could not find anywhere, and Joe knew where to get them. I don't think he made a dime on the deal... just did it to help out a long-time customer.
3 - Joe will work to get aftermarket parts for us in cases where OEM parts are lacking... e.g. M1 oil filters at a deep discount after the 60U00 filter supply dried up. And group buy prices on Stillen cross drilled rotors at some point.
And even though Joe doesn't have as much contact with the customers at this point, he has assembled an excellent staff.
