There's got to be some other sources for parts online. I don't understand why everyone keeps referring people to Infinit of Scottsdale.

What I don't get is that people who haven't even used them keep referring people there whithout even knowing or having tried other sources.

There must be some referral fee or insentive for this site to advertise that one location ONLY....

It is simple ECONOMICS. Joe at IOS offers factory parts delivered efficiently to you for 25% off retail prices ,and makes doing business with them a pleasure-what else could you ask for? The reason you keep seeing reference to them is because we are delighted he is providing us this great benefit, and consider him family

Just like you have an accountant, banker, barber, doctor, etc, you have your parts guy...and for the informed, thats Joe...with his phone number reserved on speed-dial-there when you need em...your go to guy for Q needs.

IOS offers an outstanding service at a reasonable price. They've served us here at NICO for years. You can get parts from a lot of places, but IOS is dedicated to serving our community. They also help NICO pay the bills.

I am a completely satisfied customer.

I've had real good luck with IOS.

If IOS provided poor service or poor quality, it would be posted on this forum.

You know, I recently purchased 3 injectors from them at 169 with the O RINGS. Infiniti of Thousand Oaks wouldn't/couldn't match IOS's price. Best they could do was 223. Down at Jerry's 223.

Simple, they pay to advertise on this site, just like any sponsor here.

There are other sources, but the pricing is pretty much the same. The difference is the service, which has been stellar since the days before Joe when T.J. was in charge in the late 1990s.

A few things that will keep me going back to IOS unless they give me a real reason not to:

1 - If something shows up damaged, I get a call tag and another part shipped immediately.

2 - In one case I needed lug nuts for aftermarket OZ wheels that I could not find anywhere, and Joe knew where to get them. I don't think he made a dime on the deal... just did it to help out a long-time customer.

3 - Joe will work to get aftermarket parts for us in cases where OEM parts are lacking... e.g. M1 oil filters at a deep discount after the 60U00 filter supply dried up. And group buy prices on Stillen cross drilled rotors at some point.

And even though Joe doesn't have as much contact with the customers at this point, he has assembled an excellent staff.

Heath
