I would like to buy an ecu for my 00 Q45 but having trouble finding anything online except surge chips and I heard those are crap. Any info very much appreciated. Also looking for some used coilovers, jics, insurance, or whatever else.

Welcome to NICO!
Only ECU is from Impul, but one must understand that the JDM VH41DE had the spider intake plenum and better flowing headers besides better quality Japanese gasoline.
Most of us interested in performance went with Eibach, Tein or Espelir springs and OEM or KYB SR Specials.

is there a website for impul? and what springs would give me the lowest drop, I heard the teins dont drop the car much at all

The Teins are for a Y33, not a FGY33. Speed bumps beocme mountains and inclined drives must be taken at an angle.
