Where can I buy a ka24de?

My ka24 went out. Kaput. It was over heated and I think either rings collapsed or blown head or something... it's smoking and has no power... ANYWAY

I wanted an sr20 but I live in California and don't really want to deal with the risks of having an illegal engine. I was thinking about trying to find a ka24 to swap it with.

Anyone know where to find a ka24 with under 50k miles? I know jdm engines are everywhere... is there a site that sells USDM engines?

mine has 97,000 miles on it the POS... never even overheated that hot... i always caught it b4 it went into the 'red'
