Where can I buy a KA24DE??? Need Help! Badly!!

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

I have tried everywhere but I can't seem to get any answer from anyone! where can I get a used or a new KA24DE?? or should I just buy (but does it fit in a 1991 240) a KA24E and swap that in? should I rebuild my engine? I have no idea what to do... right now I have a KA24DE, but everytime I gas it form a stop, the idle hesitates as if it wants to turn off, I press the gas firmly and it goes. Any suggestions?????
