I am in the market to purchase a skyline the 240 dosen't do it for me anymore I am looking for an r32 or r33 if its the right price GTR nothing feels better then awd. So if you could guide me I would appreicaite it I guess I am looking for an r32 because of the 12 year law but if I could find an r33 for cheap or legalized I would do it.

There's no "12 year law" that I know of.

There's also no such thing as a "cheap, legalized" Skyline.

There's several threads in this forum to that effect - Do some reading, you'll find a wealth of education on the matter.

Trust me, if it could be done, I'd have already done it. What better advertisement than a Skyline for NICO? And it'd be a tax writeoff. Still, it's not feasible.

If you bring a car from canada that is 12 years old it does not have to be legalized the reason I ask where people are finding them so cheap and they are driving them from what ive gathered in the post on here I have read all the other government things that dose not help me thanks

Wrong. You need to read more carefully. Canada has a 12-year rule for importation. The US has a 25 year rule. You cannot bring a Skyline from CAN to USA legally unless it conforms to all US laws.

Because they are driving a car that was brought in illegally (some way or another).

Sorry, "all the other government things" are what you NEED to read if you want to understand this issue.

If there was a way around it, don't you think I'd be driving a Skyline?
