Where are those oil/grease from?

Can someone help me find out where those oil/grease is from? I don't see any sign of leak nearby. The oil/grease is only on the black part.

Its brownish dark color.

Found out where is leak is from. Its the transfer case. The main seal has been leaking for a while, and the exterior one started to leak not long ago. Have it replaced at the dealer for ~$550 today.

make sure its not the common rear main seal!

As far as I can tell (based on image in this post post6668129.html?hilit=rear%20seal#p6668129) it doesn't looks like its the rear main seal. At first I thought its the trans but after the dealer checked it, they said its the transfer case. They got it done in about 4 hours.
I will keep my eyes on the parking spot and make see if there is more leaks (that dealer miss). Hopefully not.
