The Q70 is not meant to be a hot seller. The Q50 is the model that is pushed to consumers.Rogue One wrote:Apparently the Q70 isn't a hot seller. For the month of August, Infiniti sold a whopping 439 Q70's, which was 30% fewer than they sold in August 2015. So far this year they've sold a total of 4,093 which would explain why you're seeing so few on the road.
I saw two M37's today both black one had 30 day tags but was the X model the other one was regular.armybrat wrote:There is a dark blue Q70 3.7 here in Winston-Salem running around. I actually have 2 M37's in my neighborhood here in Clemmons. One of them is the exact same color as my car and a white one. I haven't seen any M56's around the Triad. There are several G models sedans and coupes, and the newer Q50's and QX models around Winston.
This is why we can't have nice (aftermarket) things.Rogue One wrote:Apparently the Q70 isn't a hot seller. This is exactly why I am drawn to Infiniti. It's an understated luxury, IMO. Looking forward to picking up my Q70 tomorrow!NRGM45 wrote:Bet you see a bunch of 5 and 7 series BMWs though huh.. lol
This is amazing to me! What part of the country are you in? I see M37's somewhat frequently but I still haven't seen a Q70 on the road in Phoenix. I'd be curious to know how many are really on the road around here.ibc wrote:I saw my first Q70 on the road today. I've never seen an M56 nor M37 during the past year of ownership. Yes, I keep an eagle eye open for Infiniti's now.
I've only met 2 ppl who claimed to own an M56, but not seen their cars. One of those 2 ppl was filling up a Q80 loaner with gasoline while her M56 was getting its timing chain recall fix.

Most folks lease these cars...as such, they tend to keep the mileage down and not drive them as often as folks who purchase them. Maybe they have a second car as a daily driver (I did when I leased my Lincoln years ago), or however else to keep the mileage down. Translates into not seeing them on the road as much as later on when they are turned in and folks buy them off a lease turn in...that was my "thought process" anyway.mazz wrote:just made me laugh, i understand the thought process ,but really if the cars depreciate we can see them more often!!
use www.cars.com you will see different resultsLarz wrote:I just did a quick check on CarMax. There are TONS of Infiniti on offer, but only ONE Q70 within 500 miles of my home. It's the L model with the 3.7 and has under 1,000 miles:
