Yes, I'm aware that you can use something like a JL CleanSweep AND NEW Amp's that will allow you to run different speakers in the car. But that will cost a lot of money and is a lot more complicated than just replacing the speakers like you mentioned earlier.
If someone else were to read that, they might be mislead into thinking that they could just buy nice speakers and drop them in no problem.
My intention was to save someone from doing that (including you in case you didn't know what you were doing)
