"where" is wherever you want

"how" is: Clean the part of the car to which the decal will be applied. Peel off the back layer of transfer paper from the decal. If the decal is bigger than 12" in any one dimension, spray warm soapy water onto the area, then lay down the decal carefully and squeegee the bubbles out. Then let dry most of the way, and carefully remove the top layer of transfer paper.
