I want to know wher i can pick up a ether T3T4 or just a To4b that will spool to 22psi but i will only be running 7 for like a year then be turning it up

Hey Charlie, have you looked around ebay? I know some people here have had good luck finding new hybrids on there. Look for something like a T3/T04E with a 50 trim compressor or something, you should be able to find it pretty cheap or if worst comes to worst you can get it for 650 off of http://www.cheapturbos.com

To get 23psi out of it what trim and A/R sould i go for for both sides compressor and turbine

Eh, I'm a tool...it's actually http://www.cheapturbo.com and it was 650 when I bought mine but I got the 360 degree thrust bearing upgrade, now that I look again it appears it has gotten cheaper! I'd go with a .63 a/r turbine with a 60 trim compressor for those boost levels personally.
