10's is way too low. You should be above 12.6 at all times exept for when starting the car. Typically you should be in the range of 13 - 14.6 volts when the car is running. It sounds like your alternator is dead or you have something wired up wrong so its not charging.

Is this an S13 or S14? And does the battery light turn on in the gauge cluster? Either the alternator is not keeping up or the regulator is not functioning properly.

Anything below 13.8 and it is getting too low especially in the high load cells of the fuel map. The lower the voltage, the less the fuel pump pumps. This could cause the engine to lean out and knock itself apart. No good.

The popping could be from the coil packs not receiving enough power to ignite the cylinders so it misses and the fuel/air ignite in the exhaust.

Take the alternator off and have it tested at O'Reilly's or whereever.

Yep that's a problem too. TPS should be 4.0V at WOT.
