Since it seems everybody is doing work on their cars this weekend, I decided to start a poll on what time of the year owners here really decide to do some real work on their cars. When do you work on your car?

Hey, there's no "anytime" in the poll!

No snow here, plus I have a shop with heat and AC....

Generally, when I get time is when I do it.

Hey Chally-

I'm not sure this one applies to professionals!

Although you should be getting 'spring fever' down there, eh?

I've found the most dramatic seasonal shift between the hemispheres is not summer to winter (or vice-versa), but rather spring to fall (or fall to spring)- Hard to explain, but the summer just "is", same with winter. But in the spring, people are looking forward to the summer, plans are being made, folks are ready to break out. THere is excitement in the air. Then, when you go to the opposite hemisphere, folks have ALREADY done their summer. THey are winding down, settling in, stocking up for the winter (as it is), going to school, back to work. Just seems like more of a difference, at least socially.

(Don't know why I brought that up...)

That's very profound... :D

Yes, you are right, as we are now starting to work again in the garden etc, so you must be onto something.

We are having beautiful days now, where short sleeves are in again & the girls in the street are getting more pleasing to the eye etc :pface

Enjoy your fall (Autum) & winter. :D
