when you do muffler deletes does it mess with any of the original parts?

You mean delete the resonators? I don't think you want to delete the entire muffler. If you did, you would get a CEL and probably several fines for things such as noise pollution or disturbing the peace, and for contaminating the environment.

Disturbing the peace indeed... we did a Donkey d!ck setup bypassing my muffler setup completely leaving on just the cats and ill say this... it is INSANELY loud and way to much drone... i might be doing a set of electronic cut outs but we will see

well i dont know if its called to delete the resonators....but i took it to a shop a few days ago, they lifted it and cut out 2 pipes and put 2 straight pipes....(is that wat deleteing the resonators is?)....
