need more info but it sound like you have an alignment and/or front suspension component problem.

rwd cars do not have CV joints in the front : P

as PMK stated, it can range from stabilizer bar endlink, tie rods, ball joints, etc.

some local shops will inspect this stuff on the lift for free if you can't jack up the car & physically look @ them yourself...
