Well when I turn my key sometimes it just makes a buzzing noise and doestn start, i hit the gas and shift it in and out of park a few times and then it starts, but not always, sometimes i have to wait a while before it will start. I Dont think the battery is dead i get all my lights light on and stuff...could it be the starter? a loose wire?

Where is the buzzing coming from. Do you hear the solenoid kick over? Do you have an alarm with starter kill?

Try routing a temporary remote starter switch(all you need is a wire from the starter signal wire and touch it to the positive lead of the battery to switch it on), and see if it does the same thing. If it does, then the starter is probably the problem. Work backwards from there, checking at different point all the way to the ignition switch itself.

I'm 99% positive it's the starter. About $100 last time I looked at AutoZone as I remember.

If it doesn't start try to hit the starter w/ hammer (light) and try it again.

Ditto on the starter. If the hammer trick doesnt work, you can always push start it, too, in an emergency. NM, its an auto, you better just replace it. Its pretty easy.
