I recently got involved in a small accident that the front bumper was replaced with aftermarket one (by the body shop assigned by Geico). I did not find out one area was painted incorrectly until I parked my Rogue with another "OEM" one side by side.
The area is under the grill as picture below.
If you check the official picture of your Rogue or search OEM bumper on ebay, you will find out that area should be painted with flat black regardless of the color of the Rogue.
I have seen at least two Rogues with such aftermarket bumpers in my area. And I can easily found more over the internet(see below).
Not sure if anyone noticed this before. Just want to let your guys know about this. When they replace/repaint your front bumper, be sure to check this area! Or when you buy a used Rogue, and found this happened. You know they changed the front bumper.
