sorry for the bad title anywho....

My car starts fine when cold then as it warms up the idle starts to go up by it self like to 4000rpm and stick there with me no touchy of the throttle.... BTW the temp gauge reads hot but its not because the elec. fan didnt kick on...... the engine while hot i go o shut it off then shuts off then when i start it it does the same thing

also when driving i can put my foot to the floor and no power after 3000 rpm mostlikely like a no boost ituation
