When stopped engine revs up and down when warm. AAC, IAC, MAF??

My car starts and idles fairly smooth, I believe I still have no spark in the cylinder closest to the drivers side firewall, however my oil and fuel leaks are gone thanks to new valve cover gaskets and injector o-rings. I've checked continuity on the PTU for the missing spark and it seems to check out. She's running much better but has been sitting for about two months and even after fixing the problems I did she'll still rev up and down when I bring the car to a stop after I've let her warm up. The conditions outside are cold, however I remember her doing this when it was warm outside too. Where should I be looking, I'd really like it not to sound like I'm sitting there revving my engine at every stop light. I know I'm close to having her figured out I could really use a point in the right direction. Thanks guys.
