When I turn the ignition on my Qx4, the ignition will turn over, then rev and start to die a few times, before running steady. It doesn't have any problem running after the initial startup. The rev'ing doesn't impact the RPMS at all. Its more like the car is trying to stall.
My computer codes say I have bank 1 and bank 2 intake valve problems. An fuel flow/oxygen flow problem does sound right to me. My mechanic fixed the ignition coil and 02 sensor (which were also triggered on the computer) but the problem is still there. I'd think the intake valve problem is causing it, but my mechanic is less sure. I'd like to hear your input, please? Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks in advance.
