brake booster works with vaccum .. = anytime the throtle body is close or the engine is in decompression

OP Bleed your brakes, change fluid, and look forward to buying new brakes and rotors soon... get GOOD brakes.... otherwise your have alot of bake fade if you get crappy ones..
