When I'm at lower speeds, when I press on the brakes my lights will dim momentarily. I'm thinking voltage regulator, but I don't know enough about my electrical system yet to start making any conclusions. Ideas?

Could be the battery or alternator. With the car running you should see 13.6-14.5v (tho I would usually expect 14v+ from the alternator) at the battery if the alternator is good.

Most likely a grounding problem. I experienced the same thing; most notable with the head lights and the A/C or Defrost on.

Since I installed a grounding kit, I get much less dimming.

I would recommend cleaning the grounding points for the factory harness, and see if that doesn't help.

I experienced the same thing, I had a bad battery.

But I would see if the less expensive options fix the problem first though.
