when did the digital readout switch?

I have an '08 Rogue and the digital display (odometer, fuel,temp, etc...) is orange with black lettering. Just looked at the nissan site and noticed the display is black with orange lettering. Just wondering when they switched it.

Must be the latest 2010. But now I'm wondering if I could re-solder leds under the radio screen at least to a different color....Let's say red like I used to have in my audi a4. It was so great when everything was red. That would be another project for me in december when I get a vacation after I finish my headlights

they changed that for the 09 models

and leo are u also going to change out the rest of the orange LED's(HVAc controls, mood lighting, window switch etc.)??? cuz that would be sick

It was changed starting with the 2009 model year.

That's interesting, considering all the complaints about the new 370Z fuel and temp display being invisible under bright ambient light conditions.

I like the 08 gauge lights, since it was only done that way for one model year, we've got something unique over later models!
