"Bolt Pattern: 4x100, 4x114.3" those are what the wheels your looking at are, and 240sx's have 4x100 bolt patern unless someone has done the 5 lug swap. so if you have 4 lugs it's 4x100 :)

I thought the 240sx were 4x114.3?????? Those wheels will fit, but you may want to go with a lower off set if your going to 17s to push them out a little?

Yes, the convertible you own is 4 x 114.3 and those wheels will fit just fine.

The rear will sit perfect, but the fronts will be sunken in a little, lol. 17x9 +35 is great for the rear. 17x7 +38 for the front isn't the greatest fitment. You'd want about a +20 to +25 offset for the front with that kind of width.
