hey whats up? i looked at a couple threads about wheels, but have no clue what anything means.... just wondering if http://www.tirerack.com/wheels...Brand

those would work on my 07 S hatch.... the car is black, so also any oppinions on them would be nice... and tire rack is good cause i can just hit a single button to look at tires to fit... but im thinkin maybe 16"... but might go with 15's just for money's sake.

thanks for the help

Depends on personal preference. I personally think that putting black rims on a black car just makes them disappear instead of standing out. They might as well just be these if they are going to be black.

But that is just my opinion, some people think the black on black looks is great.

you know, if you're checking tire rack... the website can tell you what will fit based on what car you have... they'll even show it to you on the car... In fact... these are the ones I picked out for the Camel...

;oD I like the 16" ones the best (personal preference) and I can get them with Firestone Firehawk GTA 02 tires for $844 and the stock TPMS sensors fit...

I'll just have to pay to have the tires mounted (usually included from tire rack, but I'd rather save the money from new sensors and have them mounted and balanced at the local place) and I'll be all set... just waiting for the conti-s to wear out... ;oD

....

seems like a few of us on here like these particular wheels... ;oDThe only thing I find frustrating is that the ones with the twisted spokes, the aren't made in two directions so they go one way on one side, and another way on the other, and I have a problem with that visually...

like if i got them, would i be able to go to a local tire place and get tires on them, them mounted with the TPMS sensors? and yeah i was thinking 16's like i said. and yeah i looked around and saw that, just wanted to know what you all thought. im not going for a hardcore ricer look, but something sleek. IMO i LOVE black rims with the silver edge. on any car. my friend has black rims on his silver mustang and it looks slick. im pretty pumped... i probably wont be getting them til around xmas, but its worth the wait. im also throwin in a Kenwood KDC-MP735U headunit... it will probably stand out only cause its silver. but its soooo nice.

Really? they really don't make one set for each side? I think that that ruins any cool factor that they would have. I'm sure that they look really cool spinning, but that's lame that one side goes 'backward'...

I would suggest getting the larger size as well.

IMO anything above the 16" is too heavy for this wheel... Yeah, I totally agree with the 'backwards' sentiment, but it's that way with all the wheels that have the slanted spokes... I looked at the 15", 16", and 17" and I felt that the 16" really was the best looking, and at 20 lbs, it's considered a lightweight wheel. The 17" is 23.5 lbs and I don't think it looked as good. Plus, I work with felons... I'd like to not find my Camel on blocks... if you know what I mean... ;oD

as for xtwoonamatchx's (say that 3 times fast) question... any local tire shop should be able to mount your sensors (I checked with tire rack and the stock sensors will fit) and tires... you may even want to check with them on getting the wheels through them too if you're not getting tires, the price may be negligible because the shop may include the free mounting and you'd have to pay for if you brought in wheels... If you get them at the end of this year, be sure to take pics ... I'll probably be waitint till the end of next year (when the Camel is ready for new tires...)

At least Acura/Honda had left side wheels and right side wheels from the factory LOL.

Most wheels will accomodate the stock sensors...just be careful when switching them, one of my four was cross-threaded from the factory. Good thing I warranteed it.

I have 18's they look good. i also lowered my car 1.5'' but i think they settled alittle lower it still looks great better than expected but i would have went with a smaller rim for weight if i knew it would drop that much
