Decisions decisions... Personally, I'm going with both. 17x9 up front and 18x10 out back.

Nice choice. Offset will be determined by how much tire you wanna run. You want stretched tires or max rubber?

Edit: Wow... those are some nice sizes.

You should check the Advertisors forum here and Zilvia. I saw a sale on these while back. Maybe they're still on sale.

Well I guess you wouldn't be interested in 16's. But if you like a bit of old school flava to your new school looks it can be done. 16x8 +-0 offset. Tire size in the v2 build thread.

Fitting 255's up front is hard if you have coils. For the wheels that you selected, I'd go with 17x9+22 245/40/17 & 18x9.5+38 255/35/18.

You'll need a roll but should avoid a pull. No spacers FTW.

What im trying to get is the same wheel size all the way around for i can rotate em and just add a spacer in the rear to kinda get the flushness in the rear and if need be the frontim gonna be junior in high school so im trying to save up some cash by having them equal

Great thinking. Being able to rotate your tires is awesome. Plus non-staggered setups handle better than staggered for grip driving.

Go with the 17x9+22 with 245/40/17's all around. Once you see it, you probably won't even bother with spacers in the back. Just get it low, roll the fenders and dial in a little camber. Done.

And Didderson... is going on in your sig?

If you go to a drift school and you bring all of your stockies and put em in the rear would you be good for the drift session?

Is that for the drift school? because im trying to get a bunch of cheap tires to go to the drift school with and the stockies wheels are way cheaper than 18's so i was thinking that would be a better option

Drifting stock sized tires is just fine. Nice and cheap.

In fact, you'd probably have a hard time drifting 245/40/17's if you still have a stock motor...

17x9 38mm? There's barely any room from the strut to the tire with the stock wheels, how the hell is that gonna fit?

It's no problem man. You caught me on a good day... lol

I don't drift, but there are plenty of ppl who slide their bone-stock 240's. You don't need wider wheels or tires to drift. Your stock setup will be just fine to learn on.

And plenty of ppl install coilovers with their stock wheels. In fact, it's the preferred upgrade path, IMO. Even if you have cool wheels but you still have tons of wheel gap, your car isn't gonna look good.

First you need to get low & firm and then you get the wheels... Or both at the same time if you can. I'd also recommend replacing your all your worn out bushings with a poly- eurathane set.

Yeah ive made a list on Word of the Coilovers, Wheels, Tires, and the Energy Suspension Master Kit and how much they all cost so im pretty sure ill be installing the wheels and coilovers at the same time and such but the Energy Suspension bushing thing look like a lot of em and im not really to shure where they'd all go......

Lol... me too! I've had a Master Bushing kit sitting in my closet for close to 4 years now! I always think to myself, "Maybe I'll get around to putting them in this summer..."

I'm really just considering dropping the car off at a shop and paying about $500 for someone to do it. I think that price might be worth my convenience...

Yes. My buddy has a Hicas s13 with almost all the bushings replaced except for the subframe bushings and motor mounts. He still has stock suspension. His ride feels more firm, like a new car, compared to my s13.

See my sig for my setup. The only bushings I've replaced on my car are the sway bar bushings. But my car's more aggressive setup feels rickety compared to his. I know from other ppl's reviews of bushings that they complement whatever other chassis upgrades that you've done.

$500 was just an estimate. It's not hard work, if you have the right tools. But it is time comsuming. Maybe about 2 days worth of labor. Here are some write ups for bushing replacement:

This one is for an s14, but just to give you an idea of the work...http://www.nicoclub.com/articles.php?id=242578
