Hello out there!

I live in Canada and unfortunately, finding car accessories for anything vintage in 'Canuck land' is like winning the lottery!

I'm looking for after market sporty rims and tires. Centre bore is 73.1mm and bolt pattern 4 x 114.3 (4 X 4.5).

Is there a reputable online retailer recommended with good prices? I'm seeking offset wheels. Also, any idea as to how much offset that is recommended? I'd like for the wheels to be flush or an inch past the wheel wells.
