That's exactly what I did. Waiting for their claims person to call me back. I hate to even drive my car now with the rims looking like that. Those rims were like new without any marks or anything wrong with them.ArmedAviator wrote:Don't forget to contact Eagle One directly for an answer as to why it went wrong and how they'll make you whole again.
I read another forum where members had the same issue with the sport rims. Polish did not work and they had the rims replaced. No the wheels were not hot. Car was in garage for a few hours prior to pulling it out to wash it. Might have sat in the sun for 45 mins tops but the tires were the first thing I did before washing the body.Vini wrote:Trying a good polish might help... Were your wheels hot when you wash them? I've used that same wheels cleaner for years and have never had a problem with it.
Thanks I will call them tomorrow. Also noticed that the driver headlight is not put in correctly. I think they took the front bumper off when they did the timing chain. The car was in immaculate condition when I got it minus some normal swirls in the paint and one small scratch. Only had the car for three weeks as of the 28th and never drive it much. Even when I drive it to work or the store I park far away from other cars or carts.beachbum718 wrote:Call infiniti corporate
