Wheels and offsets

I am looking at buying some rota wheels" P45r 18 x 9.5 +25 offset all around with federal 595 225/40/18 " link below

Will these work and will I have to roll and pull the fenders?

They appear to be pictured on an s-chassis with rolled fenders. Based on the width and offset, yes, you will probably have to roll or cut the fenders.

They are on a s13 in the pic but he doesn't show the front.
Went to see them but they were off the car, Unfortnately my car is not mobile
at the moment, and I don't know if they will rub on the struts which is my main concern
I don't mind rolling the fenders but want to avoid pulling or cutting
From the reasearch I did I can see that it`s preferable to run a +25 in the front and +35 offset on the back
these are all +25
