Wheel Wobble with no shake in steering wheel.

Hey guys! So I have a wobble in my driver side front wheel. It may be in both the front wheels, I am unsure. I have no shake in the steering wheel, I did have a shake in my steering wheel but now I just want to get rid of the wobble. So far I have had the tires balanced and and changed out the rack and pinion bushings as well as the tension rod bushings. I notice it the most when i am initially accelerating from a stop and when I am slowing down. It does not seem to increase when braking. I did have a mechanic check the rotors and said they aren't warped. When I changed out the tension rod bushings I slightly shook the driver side wheel in the 9 and 3 o clock position and it barely moves but I can hear a "clunking" noise but don't know if it is a ball joint or what? So I tried shaking the wheel at 12 and 6 o clock and I didn't hear any noise. So I'm wondering if someone can help me figure out what would be causing these problems. Thank you

ball joint, i also had a clunking in one of my cars and it was the wishbone between the sway bar and control arm but there was no shake. sound like bj's to me ha ha ha!
