2009 rogue sl awd,96, on the dash had both front wheel bearing replaced and an outer axle boot replaced less than 500 miles ago, have an annoying wheel wobble right around 40 mph, no noise, lugnuts are on tight and the rim is fine, so is air pressure. Any suggestions?

Sounds like a bad tire. Maybe just unbalanced, but probably a seperated belt. Take it back to where you bought it or to a garage you trust and have them rebalance it/them.

Its just the fron passanger one. I bought it two month ago. Would a seperated belt have to need a whole tire replacement?

Yes, if you have belt separation the tire will have to be replaced.

It could be belt separation. Sometimes you can feel that by running your hand over the tire. It will present itself as an uneven area in cases of minor separation or after hitting a pot hole or curb or similar item, sometimes you can even get a visible bulge. Some cheap tires (C.R.A.P.) will seperated shortly after being put in service. Of course even reputable tire makers have an occasional tire that is bad.

Take it some place ,have it looked at, ask them to rebalance it, they'll be able to tell if it's bad.
