hmm, very close call... I have 20 x 8.5" on the rear w/ +35 offset, and I think if I had gone +30 offset I would have no issues at all with rubbing (on 26.7" diameter tires)
your wheels will stick out approx .5" + 5mm = 17.7mm or 1.8 cm more than mine... I would say that with an Eibach drop, you will be cutting it very very close in the rear, the fronts should be fine! If I had to do it, I would go ahead and get them, drop the car, and see what happens, remember the natural negative camber of the rear wheels helps when the car drops... if you do have to roll the fenders, you won't have to roll them much!
