I dont know if anyone noticed, but the rogue (at least mine doesnt) have splash guards in the rear wheel well's. That contributes to louder than necessary rainy days. The rain is propelled into the well well, and causes the noise heard within the cabin like a window is partially open.
i also want to add that in my opinion this also causes a slightly louder ride due to tire tread, both on smooth surfaces, and during bumps, and off-road or where loose gravel is present.

i got to thinking a few weeks ago, anyone propositioning a cheap fix for this slight nuisance?
IM THINKING OF REMOVING THE WHEEL, TAPING OFF THE PAINTED AREA'S, AND ANY CRITICAL MOVING PARTS, AND THEN SPRAYING THE AREA WITH PICK-UP TRUCK BED LINER, OR A RUBBER SEALING SPRAY I SAW IN HOME DEPOT.

i know i see a lot of guys spraying body panels with the bed-liner stuff, and it seems really good stuff. im thinking it would add a good sound barrier to the wheel well which already has pretty much this stuff on there, but i think a little more cant hurt.

I was thinking the same thing the other day. My concern was noise and rust.

I found this product: http://www.canadiantire.ca/AST/browse/4 ... ?locale=en
