Wheel Well Liners Loose

Has any one else had issues with the screws and nylon anchors for the front wheel well liners coming loose?

Fourth of July weekend, I am on the highway headed for the lake and hear a rasping noise from the front right. My first thought was a bearing so I slowed down and pull off at the first safe location. As it turned out, the forward portion of the liner was rubbing on tire. As I checked further, basically all the screws and anchors were gone and most of them on the left side too.

So I jammed the liner on the bumper cover and stopped at Home Depot about 20 mile up the road to cobble together a temporary fix for the weekend (ok a little longer than that).

Is this common and is there a simple kit that provides replacements? I have not found a mention of well liners in the FSM yet. Still looking.
