Wheel well gap

Any suggestions on how to lower the gap between the tires and the wheel well. I don't like the 3 inch gap. Can I change the springs without ruining the ride?

Theres a few different options you can go with, theres a few options for lowering springs and then theres a few options for coilovers. Do a quick search its been talked about a ton and most of the options have been reviewed on their ride quality, appearance etc..
