Ok, so when i bought this s14 the wheel well was already mishapen. it wasnt round like it should be, there was a sharp straight decline, I figured I could just get it reshaped to be round again. I guess not. I took it to a guy I know at a shop. He made it a little more round but there is still this straight angle on it. I told him I wasn't satisfied and he agreed to go back over it next weekend. SO what are my options if he can't fix it and get it to look like the other side. go widebody? or what? lemme know please!

oh and you can see a faint pen line i drew of how i think its supposed to be shaped

So if you hit that part hard enough is it gonna just fall off??I don't know about S14s but it's neer imposible to find a QP for an S13. I'm sure you can still get a QP from nissan or check with keystone they might have cheap chinese crap... it all depends on what's your budget and if your doing this body proper or just enough to get you by....I hate widebody but IT IS an option right now...

Ok, so I said f*** it and took a hammer and started pounding it out. It does look like someone cut out rust and did a s*** job bondo-ing it back together. the metal is kinda thin towards the bottom, I am going to sand the rest of the chipped bondo and paint down and redo it. and then WIDEBODY BABY! 40mm and new skirts and wheels and coilovers.

if your going wide body dont bother redoing it.what you need to do is get a grinder and cut up above the fender starting where the gas door is and cut upwards about 2 inch's out of the QP, then find something to fold over the sharp, jagged edges.

that way you doing over fenders will not be in vain.if you dong do that, your wheel will simply HIT the stock QP

and thats quite possibly the dumbest idea ever."Hey, lets take a HAMMER to my body filler on my QP"

i hope you didnt damage any filler above your fenderwell.

yea, besides that the car is pretty solid runs great and still has tons of potential, but I think it may have some mad luck attached. The guy I bought it from killed his family and himself a few weeks later

hmm..what i think you shhould do is take a sander and sand it down if its bondo..or just take a grinder and cut if off and do it yourself...if that makes any sense to you lol

Another Ohio 240sx! Yay! My guess is that is was a bad repair/bondo job. Maybe find someone who can roll fenders and get some nice wheels? Or cut it out somehow to match the other side? Good luck!

there was a part taken OUT of that fender it looks like. it looks worse AFTER you bashed it with a hammer. not it looks like your wheel doesnt sit centered like its supposed to. i would have just welded another piece of metal to smooth out the "corner".

Yeah, that's a half-@$$ed bondo fix. I had tried something similar on my S14, and had to shape the rear wheel wells so it didnt look like a damn trapezoid back there.Literally, same exact thing haha.

Ohio 240's unite...
