I did a search for wheel weights and I came up with the spec that 7-spoke alloys weigh about 18-19 lbs... but how about the base model wheels (with the plastic cover). I have a feeling they weigh a lot more, at least 25 lbs and more likely 30+ lbs. Anyone weigh their stock wheels (w/ or w/o tires I'm just looking for rough number).

i found a chart and it said the stock steel wheels weigh in at 16 lbs. i will try to find the site again
