Wheel upgrades over OEM for 2007 G35x

Hey guys, long time listener, first time poster here...My tires are getting to the point of wear where they need to be replaced.I'm looking to do winter & summer tires, so I was going to throw the winter ones on my existing OEM 17" wheels.Since I'm buying the summer tires now, I'm in the market for new wheels as well.My only concern is weight-reduction/performance. I don't really care about appearance.Does anyone have any recommendations?I'd rather not have to worry about any of the "will it fit" issues if at all possible...I don't need anything hyper-aggressive. I'm mainly looking for an improvement over OEM.I don't want to spend too much (<$1500 or so). Is it even possible on such a budget?
