Wheel/Tire question for S13

I'm gathering info on S13's and S14's and deciding which route I'm going to go for a track car, not hardcore racing, but weekend events (road racing).

I've read that suspension travel is limited on the S13's (not sure if it is improved on the S14) but coilovers with the adjustable lower body help this by shortening the shock length.

So the question is, can some guys with experince tell me some wheels that fit well on the S13 with the 4-lug hubs? I'm lookng for LIGHTWEIGHT stuff, Volk, SSR, etc. . .
