Will at +48mm offset on a 18x8.5 be an ok fit for a 2010 coupe?? I am looking to get 235/45/18 tire as well. Thanks

Depends on what you are going for. Its going to be far from flush, will sit 3mm less than 1/2 inch further out than OEM. But yes, it will surely fit.
