Wheel & Tire Fitment - Expert's advices needed

Car: '93 Coupe Lowered on Eibach Pro Springs

Wheels I'm considering

#1. Rota Grid 16x8 +10 Yamaha Black Red Lip (Currently only 3 of the Hyperblack is in stock) $520

#2. Rota P-45R 17x9 +12 Hyperblack $600

I've done some search here in nico for the fitment and some guy fitted 235/45/17 tires with p45r 17x9 +12 wheels. Was wondering if I got the same setup, will I need fenders rolled or flared?

Currently Rota have P45R 17x9 +25 (perfect size i'd love to get) in stock but they are sport bronze that i don't really like. And don't wanna wait 3months for the wheels to come in.

Also I want to minimize cost of buying tires too and heard some of the tires in 17s are cheaper than 16s. So fitment gurus please give me some advice on my new wheel/tire setups that are also lighter on my wallet.

wtf... until yesterday about 10 of 16x8 grids in yamaha black were in stock and today its all gone.

i guess only choice i have is 17x9 +12 p45r in hyperblack
