wheel specs for my S14

I've been having real Trouble with wheel And tire specs,

Here's what I'm looking for, I want a flush fitment and a 17 inch rim I'm lowered ~2 inches on lowering springs I'd like to stay away from spacers and I want a meaty tire I've heard 17x9 +15 all the way around would work and I'd just like to hear opinions about it and if anyone could recommend me wheel and tire specs please. Thanks for the help in advance

That setup should be fine with a 245/40/17 tire. I'd prefer 17x9+20, but a difference of 5mm isn't going to make much difference when your riding that high. Roll your fenders for good measure.

I plan on rolling them anyways. Would those clear coilovers? Because I do plan on switching to them soon thanks for the specs!
