So, the light-weight wheel bug has just bitten me and I've fallen on two good choices:17x7 XXR 003 (15.85 lbs +40 offset)and17x7 Enkei RPF1 (14.6 lbs +45 offset)As you can tell with the offset, I will ultimately be getting 5mm (XXR) or 10mm (Enkei) spacers. I've looked around and not a lot of people use spacers. The only one I found is an Altima sedan using H&R spacers. I know H&R and iChiba are reputable but I just need additional confirmation from people who have actually used them.

Do you know how much the rubber weighs when your at 17inch tires?

I personally recommend Enkei RPF1, they are quality wheels and not expensive at all for light weight wheels compared to others. Good choice IMO.

Kics or Ichiba v1/v2 are nice. I recommend getting studs attach to the spacer with hub centric rings on them.

225/55 Yokohama S.drive tires will be weighing in at 25.30 lbs.

Yeah Enkei's an OE and racing supplier. Plus, they're from Japan, which I'm particularly fond of.

iChiba seems nicer in the version I as v2 might require stud trimming, which I don't want. KICS has spacers that don't require studs for the 10mm but I can't seem to find it anywhere!

The studs will depend on the size of the spacer. The higher you go, you may want to consider studs. Though its your call. I am just trying to help with the safest route.
