I plan on staying with my stock wheels and tires for at least another 6 months to a year however I am purchasing some eibach pro kit springs soon and would also like to get some wheel spacers so my wheels sit flush with my fender. They currently sit inside the fender by about an inch or so (just guessing based on what i see?).

What size spacers should I purchase for the front and rear so they will be flush with the fender? Are there any known issues when doing this?

Thanks for the help!

Measure the distance. Spacers usually come in 5mm increments so buy the closest ones that are less than the distance. Overshooting will make you poke.

Yes there are issues. Generally speaking, it is arguable that any spacer at all is a safety risk because now you have an interface between your wheel and hub that isn't permanently fixed to the hub. However, there are a lot of people who run quality spacers day in and day out with absolutely no issue so you will need to decide that for yourself. The more specific risk is dependent on the spacer size. If you need a thick spacer (generally 10mm or more) then you are reducing the amount of thread length for the lug nut which could mean it won't torque down or seat all the way. In this case, you need to get a spacer that relocates the studs.

Best way to find out what you need is to measure the distance of the fender to the lip of the wheel. Depending on what spacers you get and the size will determine if you need to get extended lugs or not. Ichiba v2 spacer and project kics spacers come with extended lugs mounted on the spacers already but you will most likely have to cut your stock lugs if your wheels are stock.

Basically you will have to mount the spacer and then cut whatever stock lug is pointing out of the spacer so when you mount the wheels to the spacer it will sit flush. I am currently running +20mm project kics spacer for the rear.
