I'm looking to lower my 06 M45 in the near future. I'm ok with the factory wheels. I'm just looking to remove the ugly wheel well space. Can someone hook me up with the correct spring height for the front and rear. Could you recommend a good spring manufacture that makes springs for the M?

I would also like to space the factory wheels out so they are not so recessed into the wheel well? Has anyone spaced out the factory wheels? I think it would look alot better with the wheels spaced out a little.

Post pics if you have them....

Thanks for your time and input.....

I am 100% satisfied with my drop. I am dropped on Tein "HT"s.

Perfectly levels the car and is least painful on OEM struts and shocks.

Regarding spacers. They look really good!!!

But, there will be a slight degradation in handling/road feel.

After trying several combinations I feel that 5mm spacers in the front would be perfect without losing any noticeable performance, and 10-15mm in the rears. The front is a fair amount more sensitive.

Be sure to get either Eibach or H&R quality spacers if you're still going to do it. 20mm is definetly too much in my opinion (sticks out a little).
