I just purchased 12mm spacers to get a little wider stance since I can't afford rims just yet, anyway I was wondering if u guys think I should also purchase a set of bigger studs. If any one with a B16 out there has done this already feedback would be appreciated.

Have you measured to ensure that you have 12mm of space between the sidewall and the fender? Sentras have fairly narrow fenderwells.

You'll be fine on studs, should be plenty of studs left to get a good grip on the lugnuts.

Just to be safe you should get some extended lugsAn extra $200 is well worth it to give you the piece of mind, and to be reassured your wheels wont fly off while doing 90 on the highway

I had some 5mm spacers on my front and they came with longer studs. The stock ones were barely long enough... I mean they worked without longer ones but there wasn't that much there and I felt like my wheels were gunna fall off...
