Wheel Sizing Information - Need to know ASAP (sweet wheels for sale)

Ok, so I found a really sweet deal on some SSR Mk-2Rs, in FIVE LUG (rare!), but I need to know whether they'll fit my S14 or not. I know I could have searched, but I need to know by the end of the day and I have to go to work in like eight seconds, where I can't read NICO.

The Wheels are: 16x8 38 offset 5x114.3 (front)

16x9 25 offset 5x114.3 (rear)

I've never seen them for sale in this PCD before, so I might have to jump on them. I have a 1998 S14 5-lug. Anyone know if these will fit well?

They'll be fine. May need a small spacer on the front though. Most 8" wide japanese wheels sized for s14's and s15's come with a 35 offset.
