I recently purchased an 07 G35 Coupe. I love the car. It has Niche wheels which look really good to me. The fronts are 18s with 245/40 ZR tires and the rears are 19s with 275/35 ZRs. Why would the wheels not be same diameter and is this something to be concerned with? Thanks

since the G is rear wheel drive we're able to run staggered setups.

What if any are the advantages to the staggered set-up?

More aesthetic than anything. The GT version of the 350z and the Nismo 350z run a 18/19 setup. The normal stagger is wider wheel in the back than the front, not necessarily of a different diameter.

The rear wheels are much wider than the fronts. I do like the way they look on the car.
