Whats the tallest and widest wheel and tire combination that can fit on a 93 Q45 without having to make any suspension adjustments or modifications??

The "tallest" tire/wheel combination shouldn't be any taller than the stock set up, or you'll be impacting the speedo, ABS, TCS (if you have it), etc.

As for "sizes" 18x8.5 or 18x9 all around is kind of the max, though you could run wider in the rear.

The key to everything will be the offset of the wheels. All the information you want/need, including pictures, is int he link above.
