HiI'm new here so i don't know if the question has already been answered.I wanna change my 17' wheels on my Altima and i was wondering what's the maximum size to put onI know 18x8 fits but can i go to 18x8.5 or 18x9 depending on the front or rear wheels??I have an 1" Eibach drop i don't know if that changes anything.Thanks for your answer!

18x9 should fit no problem as long as you have the right offset. try to keep the offset around 45 (same as stock). there's a member who has 10.5" rims on his rears and doesn't rub, but he has a pretty high offset

Thanks for the answer and i guess i can put a bit larger for rear ??Does the drop changes anything ??

As for width...you could run 9.5 "safely" if you have the right offset, nothing too insane, you can also "safely" run 20s on the coupe. I am running 20x8.5 with a +35mm offset.

What's a safe offset for 9.5 width? Would +38 do it?

yea +38 should be good, just dont get anything higher than a 45 series tire.

i was wondering is that the same for the 4 door sedan ... 9.5 would fit??

Yep

I have 18x9.5 +35(effective) in the rear.

I finally found my wheels ... i got a good deal, i exchanged me 17" oem for the 18X8 maxima/350 wheels, the tires on are 245-45-18. For that price i could not refuse.Now if spring can arrive, so i can put on those 18"
