Wheel Size

So i read the post about wheel sizes and if theyll fit but after it i was just more confused then when i started. ive been doin a lot of search and in a couple of weeks when i get the money together im guna get rims..i jus want to make sure this would work...

Rims 18x8 +35 offsetWheels 245/45/18

i dont think i would have to worry about rubbing but i want to know if itll sit flush with the fenders
